Solachi Kadi (Solkadi)

This is my very own recipe , Enjoy it with Fried fish ......Yummy !!!!!!!

Ingredients:
For a full Can of Coconut Milk use the measures below.
But If you are using only half a can use half the quantity of everything.
Coconut Milk Can (You will get it in any Indian Store, don't take the Lowfat One. It is very Dilute) or grind cocunut with water level a little more than the cocunut and extract cocunut milk from it.
1-2 Green Chillies
5 Garlic flakes
Salt to Taste
5 Flakes of Kokam (Sola)
Coriander (Kothambir)
Method:
Dissolve Kokam flakes in about 4-5 Tablespoons of water in the vessel you are going to keep the Kadhi for about 10 minutes before you make the kadhi. Do not put too much water because then the kadhi will be very dilluted.
Put all the other contents in the mixer, add very little water. Grind for 2-3 minutes, till the mixture has mixed very well
Pour the mixture from the Mixer in the vessel in which you have Kokam dissolved in Water.
Garnish with coriander. Mix Well
